that make us uncomfortable and despondent. When painting an image, you can
portray your inward world that you can't tell anybody. Even, if you take a
photo that you don't like, maybe the detail in his corner will interest you and
this may push you to pursue a different hobby or open the door to different

sports that exist in our country as follows: Basketball, volleyball, football,
boxing, wrestling, cycling, scuba diving, swimming, table tennis, karate,
gymnastics, and badminton. The ones that particularly interest
me are: Table tennis, swimming, and badminton. For example, when playing table
tennis, your hand, arm, and eye coordination improves, also your ability to
think fast increases. Water is considered to be the most relaxing tool that
gives calmness and peace and helps relieve body aches. Swimming, on the other
hand, it is a thing that resisting the power of water, and it is seen as
superior to all other classic exercises, in terms of calorie expenditure and
muscle training. That’s why I like swimming most. Lastly,
badminton helps burn our fat in the body, it increases our energy level and
gives us agility. It is a very nice and fun sport that can be played with
friends. There are many health benefits of doing sports. Strengthens muscles,
increases body endurance, and gives flexibility. It strengthens bones and
increases bone density. It prevents heart diseases. It regulates blood
pressure. It reduces the risk of high cholesterol. It regulates sleep. Provides
a comfortable and deep sleep. Allows you to keep your weight in balance. In

quality of life. It reduces your worries. It increases mental alertness and
